Our processing times for all pre-dyed yarns is 3-5 days, and we will ship as soon as possible. All custom orders have a processing timeline of 2-3 weeks. Please note that we ship from Calgary, Canada. It may take several weeks for your items to arrive if you live internationally.

All items will be shipped using Canada Post’s general shipping, usually with no tracking number unless it comes with the least expensive shipping option. Shipping prices are based off of current shipping rates and are subject to change. We will always do our best to provide you with the lowest shipping price possible.
All items are carefully packaged using tissue paper and/or brown paper, and placed in a box or mailing envelope depending on the quantity of items.

Returns

We gladly accept returns for damaged/incorrect items. If you need to return an item, please email us at seapandayarns@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the item with a description of the damage and pictures, if possible. We will get back to you within 2 business days to begin the return process.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Skeins can be refunded or exchanged for new skeins of the same colourway and base, dependent on the customers wants and needs. If the customer chooses to exchange for new skeins, Sea Panda Yarns will pay the shipping cost. Skeins that are used or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
